Submissions with Custom Supervision tasks cause deadlock errors

This article describes an issue in versions of Hyperscience that are not documented on this site.

Issue

When 5 or more submissions with Custom Supervision tasks that contain decision-record-deletion requests are uploaded in parallel, deadlock errors may occur.

  • v35.0.0-v35.0.6

Affected system configurations

All configurations

Cause(s)

A bug in Hyperscience is causing this issue.

Solution(s)

  • Upgrade your Hyperscience application to v35.0.7 or later.

  • Resubmit one by one all failed submissions with Custom Supervision tasks that contain decision-record-deletion requests.
