# Submissions with Custom Supervision tasks cause deadlock errors

## Issue

When 5 or more submissions with Custom Supervision tasks that contain decision-record-deletion requests are uploaded in parallel, deadlock errors may occur.

## Affected versions

- v34
- v35.0.0-v35.0.6

## Affected system configurations

All configurations

## Cause(s)

A bug in Hyperscience is causing this issue.

## Solution(s)

- Upgrade your Hyperscience application to v35.0.7 or later.
- Resubmit one by one all failed submissions with Custom Supervision tasks that contain decision-record-deletion requests.
