So, the application cannot find layouts to match the submissions to. This issue is particularly common when setting up a new instance — it's easy to forget to assign layouts to the release. ## Solution / Workaround 1. Create a new release and add layouts to it. - To learn more, see “Adding a New Release” for your version of Hyperscience ( [v38](/general-information/docs/v38-adding-a-new-release) | [v39](/v39/docs/adding-a-new-release) | [v40](/v40/docs/adding-a-new-release) | [v41](https://help.hyperscience.com/v41/docs/adding-a-new-release) | [v42](/v42/docs/adding-a-new-release) | [v43](/v43/docs/adding-a-new-release) ). 2. (v32 and later) Assign the release to a flow. - For more details, see “Assigning a Release to a Flow” for your version of Hyperscience ( [v38](/general-information/docs/v38-assigning-a-release-to-a-flow) | [v39](/v39/docs/assigning-a-release-to-a-flow) | [v40](/v40/docs/assigning-a-release-to-a-flow) | [v41](/v41/docs/assigning-a-release-to-a-flow) | [v42](/v42/docs/assigning-a-release-to-a-flow) | [v43](/v43/docs/assigning-a-release-to-a-flow) ).
