# System & Health page flashes when viewing or does not load

## Issue

When trying to view the System & Health page in the application, it either does not load or repeatedly flashes.

## Affected versions

v30 and later

## Affected configurations

All configurations

## Cause

If there are insufficient permissions assigned to the user, the page will be unable to properly load the System & Health page.

## Solution / Workaround

In order to view the System & Health page, a user needs to have all permissions starting with “View” as well as the Edit Connections permission.

If the user is still unable to access the page after these permissions are assigned to them, please make note of the permissions groups for that user and send us a screenshot of the permissions assigned to that group.
