New tasks are pre-fetched only when there are fewer than five tasks remaining in your browser queue. ## Returning tasks Keyers are not able to work on tasks already assigned to another user. There are two ways that a task can return to the queue to be re-assigned: 1. If you do not complete the task within 4 minutes after starting it. This time period can be configured by the system admin; the default is 4 minutes. 2. If you exit a current task, return to **Tasks** > **Perform Tasks**, and then re-enter a Supervision task. This will pre-fetch 10 new tasks.
