Using features for Semi-structured documents

This article mentions features used in the processing of Semi-structured documents. Your access to those features depends on your license package and pricing plan.

The Overview tab in the Tasks section provides information about the current and most recent processing activity.

All metrics on the Overview tab are generated when the page loads. To update the information, click the Refresh icon in the upper-right corner. The date and time below the icon show when the data was last updated.

Filters

Use the Flows drop-down list to filter the metrics by flow.

Metrics

In this tab, you can monitor the following metrics:

  • Task SLA Performance - This table shows how tasks are performing against the configured SLA rules. Use is to quickly spot which flows are at risk of missing their SLA and take action before tasks become overdue. To learn more, see SLA Rules Tab and Prioritizing Submissions.

    • Check what the SLA rule is by hovering over the Preview icon ()

    • For each SLA, you can see:

      • SLA Name – the rule applied.

      • Total – the total number of tasks under this SLA.

      • On track – tasks that are still within the SLA time limit.

      • 1 hr until – tasks that are approaching the SLA deadline (less than 1 hour remaining).

      • Overdue – tasks that have already breached the SLA.

  • Active users - This table indicates all currently active users per task type.

  • Average Time Spent per Task Type Today - The data in this table is based on all active keyers logged in today and is averaged on submission count.

    • Task Type:

      • Classification

      • Identification

      • Transcription

      • Flexible Extraction

      • Visual Language Model

    • Machine wait time - Wait time before machine processing starts

    • Machine active time - Machine processing time from start to finish.

    • Supervision wait time - Wait time before human processing starts.

    • Supervision active time - Human processing time from start to finish.

    • QA wait time - Wait time before QA review starts

    • QA active time - QA processing time from start to finish.

  • Volume and Processing Distribution Completed Today - This table shows the total processing activity completed for the current day, broken down by units of work. Use this table to understand how today’s processing volume is distributed across different task types:

    • Submissions – the number of submissions processed.

    • Documents – the number of documents processed.

    • Document Pages – the number of pages within those documents.

    • Fields – the number of fields processed.

    • Table Cells – the number of table cells processed.

    • Supervision Tasks – the number of tasks completed by a human.

    • QA Tasks – the number of quality assurance tasks completed.
