Filter and search for submissions

Click Filters to filter submissions by:

  • Flow — Shows submissions processed by the selected flows.

  • Flow Run Status — Shows submissions whose Top-Level Flow run is Running, Completed, Failed, or Cancelled.

  • Stage — Shows submissions at the selected processing stages.

  • Resubmitted — Shows submissions according to whether they were resubmitted.

The search includes only submissions within the selected date range. For example, a search does not return a submission created before the start date.

  • To select submissions across multiple pages for deletion, enter both a start date and an end date.

    • Hyperscience does not delete the selected submissions across pages when either date is missing.

Submissions page displays expanded filters for document processing flow, status, stage, and resubmission options.

Find failed submissions

Use Flow Run Status to find submissions whose top-level flow run failed:

  1. Click Filters.

  2. Select Failed from the Flow Run Status drop-down list.

  3. Click Apply Filters.

To investigate a failed submission, click its Submission ID. On the Submission Output page, click View failed flow runs.

To find submissions that are still being processed, combine the applicable Stage filter with Flow Run Status set to Running. Learn more in Flow Runs Page.

Manage submissions

Select one or more submissions, click the Actions menu, and select an action:

Action

Result

Delete

Deletes the selected submissions. This action does not delete their records from Training Data Management (TDM).

Cancel

Cancels selected submissions that are not complete.

Canceling a submission also cancels its related flow runs and active Supervision or Quality Assurance (QA) tasks.

  • You can enter a cancellation reason of up to 512 characters.

  • You cannot undo a cancellation.

Resubmit

Creates a new submission from each selected submission, using its original files. The new submission is processed with the current flow configuration and the layout versions in the flow's live release. Submissions whose data has been deleted cannot be resubmitted.

When you cancel a submission, its Flow Run Status changes to Cancelled. If you provide a reason, hover over the information icon beside Cancelled to view it.

The Actions menu allows you to delete, cancel, or resubmit a submission.
