To enter the Submissions page: - Go to **Submissions** > **Submissions**. ![Submissions table lists document processing records with statuses, stages, dates, filters, and creation controls.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/87894cef-4958-4f3f-be6f-b75a78c82548/Images/Documentation/submissions_page(2).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-04T07%3A45%3A18Z&se=2026-11-04T08%3A45%3A18Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=hTFLhGDrWMjw2plxFanXI%2Ferg0mdLlr1IA2jkpCD%2FrQ%3D) ## Submission tabs Use the tabs on the Submissions page to find submissions and related content: | Tab | Contents | Search options | | --- | --- | --- | | **Submissions** | All submissions. Click a value in the **Documents** column to view the documents in a submission. | Submission ID, Document ID, or External ID. | | **Documents** | Documents created from the processed pages. | Submission ID, Document ID, or External ID. | | **Cases** | All cases. Click a value in the **Case ID** column to view the case summary, documents, unmatched pages, and pending tasks. | Case ID, External Case ID, or Submission ID. | | **Unmatched** | Pages that Hyperscience did not assign to a document during classification, including pages categorized as Additional Form Page, Blank, or Other. | Not applicable. | ## Submissions table Each row in the Submissions table represents one submission. Click a value in the **Submission ID** column to open the Submission Output page. Learn more in [Submission Output Page](/v44/docs/submission-output-page). The following columns are available: | Column | Description | | --- | --- | | **Submission ID** | The submission identifier. Click it to open the Submission Output page. | | **Submission Date** | The date when the submission was created. | | **Documents** | The number of documents in the submission. Click the value to view those documents on the Documents tab. | | **No Layout Variation Found** | The number of pages that did not match a live layout variation, including pages categorized as Additional Form Page, Blank, or Other. This column is hidden by default. | | **Flow** | The flow that processed the submission. | | **Flow Run Status** | The status of the top-level flow run: **Running**, **Completed**, **Failed**, or **Cancelled**. If one or more related flow runs failed, the column also shows **1+ related flow runs failed**. | | **Stage** | The current processing stage. For a failed or canceled flow run, this column shows the last stage that the submission reached. | | **Completion Date** | The date when Hyperscience completed the submission. | | **Duration** | The total processing time for a completed submission. This column is hidden by default. You can add this column from the table menu. See [Configure table columns](/v44/docs/v44-navigating-the-submissions-page#configure-table-columns). | | **Tasks** | A **Perform Tasks** link when the submission has pending Supervision tasks. | You can sort the table only by **Submission Date**. ### Filter and search for submissions Click **Filters** to filter submissions by: - **Flow** — Shows submissions processed by the selected flows. - **Flow Run Status** — Shows submissions whose Top-Level Flow run is **Running**, **Completed**, **Failed**, or **Cancelled**. - **Stage** — Shows submissions at the selected processing stages. - **Resubmitted** — Shows submissions according to whether they were resubmitted. The search includes only submissions within the selected date range. For example, a search does not return a submission created before the start date. - To select submissions across multiple pages for deletion, enter both a start date and an end date. - Hyperscience does not delete the selected submissions across pages when either date is missing. ![Submissions page displays expanded filters for document processing flow, status, stage, and resubmission options.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/87894cef-4958-4f3f-be6f-b75a78c82548/Images/Documentation/filters_submissions_page(2).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-04T07%3A45%3A18Z&se=2026-11-04T08%3A45%3A18Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=hTFLhGDrWMjw2plxFanXI%2Ferg0mdLlr1IA2jkpCD%2FrQ%3D) ### Find failed submissions Use **Flow Run Status** to find submissions whose top-level flow run failed: 1. Click **Filters**. 2. Select **Failed** from the **Flow Run Status** drop-down list. 3. Click **Apply Filters**. To investigate a failed submission, click its Submission ID. On the Submission Output page, click **View failed flow runs**. To find submissions that are still being processed, combine the applicable **Stage** filter with **Flow Run Status** set to **Running**. Learn more in [Flow Runs Page](/v44/docs/flow-runs-page). ### Manage submissions Select one or more submissions, click the **Actions** menu, and select an action: | Action | Result | | --- | --- | | **Delete** | Deletes the selected submissions. This action does not delete their records from Training Data Management (TDM). | | **Cancel** | Cancels selected submissions that are not complete. Canceling a submission also cancels its related flow runs and active Supervision or Quality Assurance (QA) tasks. - You can enter a cancellation reason of up to 512 characters. - You cannot undo a cancellation. | | **Resubmit** | Creates a new submission from each selected submission, using its original files. The new submission is processed with the current flow configuration and the layout versions in the flow's live release. Submissions whose data has been deleted cannot be resubmitted. | When you cancel a submission, its **Flow Run Status** changes to **Cancelled**. If you provide a reason, hover over the information icon beside **Cancelled** to view it. ![The Actions menu allows you to delete, cancel, or resubmit a submission.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/87894cef-4958-4f3f-be6f-b75a78c82548/Images/Documentation/submissions_page_actions(2).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-04T07%3A45%3A18Z&se=2026-11-04T08%3A45%3A18Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=hTFLhGDrWMjw2plxFanXI%2Ferg0mdLlr1IA2jkpCD%2FrQ%3D) Download the following files from the table menu (![Table menu icon](https://cdn.us.document360.io/87894cef-4958-4f3f-be6f-b75a78c82548/Images/Documentation/image(307).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-04T07%3A45%3A18Z&se=2026-11-04T08%3A45%3A18Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=hTFLhGDrWMjw2plxFanXI%2Ferg0mdLlr1IA2jkpCD%2FrQ%3D)): - **Submission Activity Logs** — shows how submissions moved through their flows. To download logs for multiple submissions: 1. Set the date range for the submissions that you want to include. 2. Click the table menu. 3. Select **Download Submission Activity Logs**. 4. The main flow that manages the end-to-end document processing, coordinating with subflows to handle specific components of the process. It is also used to train models by working directly with the training data (“ground truth”) obtained from each document in the training set. A manual task that is created when the system’s confidence in a prediction is below the confidence threshold. Supervision allows a human to review and correct the output, ensuring data accuracy through human-in-the-loop input. Process that ensures the accuracy and reliability of system outputs. In Hyperscience, QA tasks allow users to review and correct errors in classification, identification, VLM extraction and transcription. Documents may be randomly sampled for QA from all processed data. ## Related - [Submissions Overview](/submissions-overview.md)
